Battle of the South

Battle of the South- Semi Finalist, 3rd place finish

The Miami Curve was a semi-finalist in the prestigious Battle in the South, ending up in third place in the tournament.  The Curve lost a nail biting contest to the Vipers (Georgia) by the score of 3 - 1.  All of the players played well and gave it their best.

Teams from Florida have a long history of not crossing the Florida line but not the Curve. The Curve made a good showing at the Atlanta Super NIT with it’s only losses coming in close games to #14 TBS ranked Bulldog Baseball and the # 11 TBS ranked Georgia Crush. The Curve also traveled to Tenessee to the Battle In the South where they made it to the semi finals before falling in another close game to the #4 Paulding County Vipers.
